The Velo Project

We like to visit new and interesting cafes when we have the opportunity. I had a few minutes to spend while Carmen had her wisdom teeth sorted out (all of which has gone super well, yay!).

Carmen mentioned The Velo Project​ was close. I took her advice, took some time to sit and work on my thesis, and was pleasantly surprised. A good vibe, tasty food and good coffee. I didn't take too many photos of the cafe itself, however, here are a few shots of the space in front of me at The Velo Project.​

Richard, Bev and the Boys.

​It was a lovely afternoon with a lovely family! We were able to spend some quality time with Richard, Bev and the boys at a relatively hidden but wonderful spot on the banks of Obi Obi Creek in Maleny.

Have you heard...?

... ​that bird is the word?

This friendly owl posed for us during a family photo session. From what I can tell, the owl might be a Southern Boobook. Any ornithological fans out there who can confirm or let us know otherwise? :-)
